Founded in 1981 by the late Alan B. Slifka, the firm is headquartered in New York, with offices in London and Luxembourg. We currently manage approximately $10 billion in assets.

Our team of approximately 100 people is led by seven active partners who average 15 years of experience at the firm. We are dedicated to rigorous investment analysis, extensive due diligence, and a disciplined approach to capital formation.
